A sermon on Acts 8:9-25 focused on the issue that there were people who believed in Jesus and were baptized but who had not yet received the Holy Spirit. Is this the norm or an oddity? Some Christians hold a two- stage understanding while others hold a one-stage understanding. Pastor Jeff explains this and shows how God did this in this way to emphasize unity in the church.
