A sermon on John 19:1-16. Jesus was brutally flogged. Jesus was viciously abused by the soldiers. Beaten and battered Jesus was put on display before the crowd with Pilate hoping he wouldn’t have to crucify Him. But in the end Pilate handed Jesus over to be crucified. All of this suffering and more, Jesus bore it because He loved us.
